Where is Maison Beaujean located?

Maison Beaujean is located at Zeebruggelaan 99 in Blankenberge, Belgium — a quiet residential area between Blankenberge and Zeebrugge. The beach of Blankenberge is a short walk away, and the Coastal Tram (Kusttram) stops just a few minutes from the house, making it easy to explore the whole Belgian coast. Shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby, as are the iconic pier and lively promenade of Blankenberge.

How many guests can stay at Maison Beaujean?

The villa sleeps 8 guests in 4 large bedrooms — ideal for families, groups of friends or 4 couples. The dining area seats up to 10. The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival, and we ask you to check out before 10 a.m. on the day of departure. For exceptions, feel free to contact us.

How does check-in work?

Checking in is easy: next to the front door there is a key box containing the key, and we send you the code on the day of arrival. We are always available by phone during your stay, and if you'd like to be welcomed in person on arrival, just let us know.

Are pets allowed?

No — pets are not allowed at Maison Beaujean.

Is smoking allowed?

No — Maison Beaujean is a non-smoking house.

Does every bedroom have its own bathroom?

Yes. Bedroom 1 (first floor) has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2 (first floor) has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with en-suite shower and washbasin. Bedroom 3 (first floor) has a French double bed (140×200 cm) with en-suite shower and washbasin. Bedroom 4, the master bedroom on the second floor, has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with en-suite shower and washbasin. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor and a separate toilet in the first-floor hallway.

What amenities does the house offer?

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and Quooker boiling-water tap, plus a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Kitchen linen, dishwasher tablets and waste bags are provided. There is a dining area for 10, a lounge with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack, and a spacious cloakroom in the entrance hall.

Is there WiFi?

Yes — free WiFi is available throughout the house. You'll receive the network details on arrival.

Is there outdoor space?

Yes — the dining room opens through French doors onto a 35 m² terrace and the adjoining garden, with an outdoor dining table, chairs and benches, a BBQ and sun loungers.

Is parking available?

Yes — there is space for 1 car on the private driveway. In the surrounding streets you can park for free with a parking disc for up to 4 hours, and free long-term parking is available on the Blankenbergse Steenweg between Wenduine and Blankenberge.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes — we provide sheets and a towel set for each registered guest, plus a hairdryer. Please let us know in advance how many people the reservation is for, so we can prepare the right number of beds and linen packages.

Is Maison Beaujean suitable for small children?

Certainly — a folding cot and a high chair are available on request, and you'll find children's crockery and games in the kitchen cabinets.

What is there to see and do in the area?

The beach of Blankenberge, with its pier, promenade and beach bars, is a short walk away. Watersports fans can surf or kitesurf nearby, and bicycles can be rented at Blankenberge station. The Coastal Tram takes you along the entire Belgian coast. Maison Beaujean is also a great base for city trips: Bruges is 15 minutes away, Ghent 45 minutes, and Antwerp and Brussels about an hour by car or train. On Fridays (and in summer also on Mondays) there is a weekly market on the Grote Markt in Blankenberge.

How do I book Maison Beaujean?

You can check availability and book directly via the “Book Now” button on our website. A security deposit of €500 is paid at the time of booking and is refunded within 14 days after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes — gift vouchers are available in values of €50, €100, €150, €200 and €250. They can be redeemed as a discount code on our booking site and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A personalised gift certificate is sent by email.
